The company is owned and operated by John and Terry Smith, a husband and wife team who have served bird and animal breeders since 1988. We provide our customers with quality products from GQF, Brower, Kuhl, Miller, 3T Products, Horizon, and other manufacturers in the U. S., Europe, and Asia. We offer competitive prices, give fast, dependable service, and work hard for our customers. John is in charge of public relations as he visits with customers at shows, swaps, and auctions where we set-up. He is the chief “go-fer” as he collects items for us to pack and ship out. I answer the phone and e-mails, track UPS shipments, do inventory control, do the catalog & the web site, pack orders, etc. “What one of us doesn’t do, the other one does!” Our experience raising ornamental pheasants, quail, partridge, francolins, and various bantams has helped us better advise our customers on choosing products to buy.

We have attempted to list accurate information & current prices, but we cannot be responsible for errors in description of equipment or in listed prices. We try to keep information on the site up-to-date, but prices are subject to change without notice.

After packing the ordered items, the box is weighed and the shipping charges are determined by looking at the UPS zone and rate charts. Shipping charges on large packages shipped UPS ground exceeding 5,184 cubic inches (L x W x H) are determined by dividing the cubic size of the package by 194. Products where the dimensional weight applies are marked DW. Insurance is included in the shipping charges for UPS shipments valued up to $100.00. UPS insurance for orders from $101.00 to $200.00 is an additional $1.95. The customer will be charged 95¢ for each additional $100.00 value. UPS charges include a fuel surcharge which is recalculated monthly. Post office rates are posted on our web site.
