All Brinsea Ova-Easy incubators are factory assembled. They have a rust resistant steel chassis with polystyrene laminate panels. Series II models include room temperature alarms & a new single button press to level the shelves for tray access. They have menu driven controls which allow the user to adjust temperature, humidity/ventilation, or to turn off the automatic turner to set or candle eggs. Other features:  digital display of temperature & humidity, factory calibrated automatic temperature  control in ºF or ºC, a high & low temperature alarm,  programmable automatic egg turning from 30 to180 minute intervals,  clear double-glazed door, new programmable cooling feature, and “laminar airflow” to eliminate cold spots. All incubators come  with a set of universal egg trays with adjustable dividers to accommodate a wide variety of egg sizes. Ova-Easy 580 size: 44 ½”  h x 16 ½”  w x 31 ½” d.  Ova-Easy 580 setting capacity for 12 trays:  1200 quail, 672 partridge, 564 pheasant, 432 chicken, 276 duck, or 180 goose eggs. Eggs are hatched using a separate hatcher.  The Ova-Easy 190 and Ova-Easy 380 come with a covered hatching tray.   Ova-Easy 380 size:  32 ½” high x 16 ½” wide x 31 ½” deep. Ova-Easy 380 setting capacity for 6 trays: 600 quail, 336 partridge, 282 pheasant, 216 chicken, 138 duck, or 78 goose eggs.  Hatching tray capacity:  250, 135 partridge, 111 pheasant, 70 chicken, turkey, or duck, or 35 goose eggs. The EX version with the Humidity Pump effectively maintains the humidity level precisely at the level the user sets  irrespective of changes in room humidity within practical limits. This overcomes problems that can  commonly lead to eggs failing to hatch – especially in the latest stages of incubation. The Humidity Pump includes an external water reservoir eliminating the  chances of water in the incubator harboring bacteria.  To accommodate eggs of different sizes the two removable egg trays are supplied with dividers which the user can position to suit their eggs and maximize the number that can be held.
