Ordering Information

· We do not sell wholesale. The prices on our web site are the same prices in our catalog, & they are the prices we mark our products when we sell when we set up at a show, auction or swap.

· To obtain estimated shipping charges, call or e-mail us with your zip code and the items you wish to order. If you use spam control measures, please make sure my email address is on your approved sender’s list so my reply to your email is not blocked.

· You can order items from our web site by phone, fax, or e-mail or you may mail your order to us by printing this order form. Send a check or money order if you mail your order to us.

· We accept Discover, Visa & Master-Card. We are not set up to accept PayPal.

· Prices do not include shipping unless it states “Free shipping on this item.” We ship Priority mail and UPS. Small band orders will be shipped first class mail. When only books are ordered, they can be shipped Book Rate through the Post Office. Post Office rates are posted on this page.

· UPS has a $8.50 additional handling charge for the extra long box in which the BB-5, BB10 & the various 8-hole & 10-hole nests are shipped, & packages weighing 70 lbs. or more. This $8.50 charge is in addition to the shipping charges. A $55.00 large pkg. surcharge applies to any package when the length plus girth (2 x width + 2 x height) exceeds 130” but doesn’t exceed 165”. There is an additional $55.00 surcharge for any pkg. exceeding 165”.

· UPS shipping charges on any package measuring 5,184 cubic inches or larger will be determined by the dimensional weight which may be higher than the actual weight. The dimensional weight is determined by dividing the cubic inches of the package by 166 not 194. This will result in higher shipping charges on items marked DW in our catalog. Packages shipped by air are figured by dimensional size so we cannot figure those charges until the order is actually packed and the box is measured. There also is an air fuel surcharge.

· To determine your shipping zone, find the first 3 numbers of your zip code on the Ground Service Zone Chart at the bottom of this page. Highlight your zone on the weight rate chart so you know the correct column to find your shipping charges. Then match the shipping weight of the order to your zone column. We can figure shipping charges for you. Give us a call at 913-879-2587 or email us. Failure to include enough money for shipping will delay your shipment. We will issue a refund or a credit if you send too much money.

· Orders must be paid for in advance with a money order, personal check, or credit card - Discover, Visa, & Master Card. In order to process credit card orders include the card #, expiration date, the 3 digit security code number from the gack of the card, & the credit card billing address. Checks must clear our bank before orders are shipped.

· Double check the numbers and expiration date on your credit card when placing a order. In addition, to the % charged by the credit card company for the amount of the order, there is also a transaction fee of $.50 per transaction. Incorrect numbers & expiration dates result in higher fees for us. In the future, this additional transaction fee could be passed on to the customer.

· Order early during the spring rush so your order is not delayed by seasonal demands made on the companies from whom we purchase supplies.

· Prices are subject to change without notice.

· If an item is damaged during shipping, call us and we will file a claim with the carrier.

· An item marked “drop shipped” or “shipped directly” is not shipped from Kansas.

· Sales tax for Kansas residents is figured at the tax rate of the place the merchandise is delivered. If you live in KS & don’t know the tax rate for the city/county in which you live, give us a call & we’ll tell you the tax rate.

· Open all boxes when delivered and check the merchandise against the invoice or packing slip. Missing or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days after the arrival of the order.

· All returns must first be authorized and returned within 10 days of delivery for a credit to be issued. There is a 10 % restocking charge on items shipped from us. There is a 15 % restocking charge on drop-shipped items. No returns on books, vaccines, or antigen. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless we made the error.
